This document defines what we consider our client’s private data and how we process it.

 

Defining Private information

  • Client contact information, including country, address, phone, emails or any other way to contact you.
  • Registered intellectual property and anything of your property, being purchased or developed by you or your business.
  • Any information related to your internal working process and/or business structure.
  • Any information related to your sells, incomes, clients and/or registered users if the case.
  • Any password protected access to services you provide or services you consume.

 

How we use/process our client’s private information

We only process private information for the next limited purposes:

  1. Providing our services (includes research, analysis, modifications and adjustments).
  2. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues on your website(s) or application(s).
  3. Suggest you features that can help you or your business.
  4. Mixed with other clients data about how you use our services with the sole purpose of improving them.

We DO NOT sell, rent, exchange, distribute, share or publish client’s private information with any third parties.

 

Information security

Your information can be stored by us, temporary or for undefined time, regarding of the project nature, but always managed with care and secured by global standard measures for security on keeping information.

We keep as low private information as possible. All private information that won’t be used in the future is inmediatly and permanently deleted.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, data processing practices and security measures.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may be improved from time to time. We won’t reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most changes to be minor.
